1. How To Enter: Enter your information above to submit your entry.

2. Entries: Limit (1) one entry per person per month. Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Winner Selection: There will be one (1) winner selected on the last day of every month. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

4. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Occasions Gift Giving assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries due to SPAM, technological, or e-mail filtering issues or for prizes lost in transit. For this giveaway, entrants can enter 1 time per e-mail address per month. The use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with this Giveaway is prohibited. Occasions Gift Giving's decisions concerning all matters related to this contest are final. A randomly selected winner will be notified by e-mail.

5. Each monthly winner will be mailed the giveaway item after confirmation of the delivery address. 

6. Contest winners will be contacted by email to confirm delivery address. Winners who do not respond within 30 days of winning notification will forfeit their prize.
