ORDERING INFO

We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of your order placement (excluding weekends). If we happen to have any problems, we will notify you by email (ex. If an item is not available for shipping). If such a problem arises, you will have the option to choose a replacement item or receive a refund on the order amount. When shipping to more than one address you will need to place separate orders.

There may be times when a package we ship is not deliverable. This may due to one of many reasons. Perhaps the person you are shipping to has moved, or the recipients address was entered incorrectly in the order form. When this occurs we can re-ship to the correct address or refund your money back to you minus the shipping fees. If you have us re-ship the package, your credit card will be debited for shipping fees to the new address. When we ship to an incorrect address because of our mistake we will always pay for the reshipping fees.

In the event the item that you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a similar item in price and quality.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We have recently changed our shipping policy to a $3.00 flat rate. All orders will continue to ship via USPS only. No promotion code is required to obtain this rate. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States. If an item is desired for purchase outside of our shipping areas, please visit our eBay or Amazon stores to see if the item is eligible for international shipping. 

Why do we say this? Because eBay and Amazon will automatically calculate any additional fees incurred with an international shipment and guarantee your item until delivery. This protects you as the customer as well as us.

We have been contacted by customers desiring faster shipping methods, because of this we have added the Priority Mail shipping option. If this option is chosen, the cost can be calculated on the shopping cart page. 

Please note that this shipping method is only made available as an option for those who just have to have their item delivered quickly. This option guarantees 2 to 3 business day shipping within the continental United States. Deliveries can be made to Alaska and Hawaii, but will not be guaranteed for 2 business days. The normal delivery times for these areas using Priority Mail is 3 business days. 


RETURN POLICY

If necessary, any item can be returned if it is in an original unused condition within 14 days of our shipping date for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

A) To return an item, circle the item that is being returned/exchanged on the package slip, and write your reason for return/exchange.

B) Include if you would prefer an exchange or credit. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by writing the name, color and/or quantity.

C) If shipping will be different than the original address, please include the new address.

D) Place packing slip and the item into a secure packing carton. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.

SEND A CARD POLICY

A) All cards ship via first class mail. Order tracking is not available for Send A Card shipments.

B) We are not responsible for incorrect addresses so please ensure that you enter the correct information.

C) We will send card to exact name and address that you enter.

D) There are no exchanges or returns available for Send A Card orders.

CARE PACKAGE RETURN POLICY

A) If for any reason you are not happy with our Care Packages, or simply change your mind, you may return it. We will make every effort to supply the items listed; however, sometimes we may have to make substitutions (they will be of equal or greater value).

B) If for whatever reason you are not happy with it once it's delivered, simply return it to us, within 7 days, for a full refund. All items must be intact and uneaten.

C) If by chance your order has been shipped before you decide to cancel, we will gladly refund your full amount providing the box is returned to sender unopened.

D) If any item in your care package is damaged, just send us an E-mail and we'll replace it right away. If you are planning to return a care package, or need a replacement sent out for something, the quickest way to contact us is through E-mail.

E) If a care package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because it was not claimed by the recipient, we will issue you a refund for any of the items that we are still able to resell, but we will not refund the actual shipping cost, or the price of any items that we are not able to resell.
