How to Enter:
Each daily sweepstakes is a separate drawing and must be entered separately by clicking a link through each picture above after submitting your information in the initial entry. Each entrant must first click the link above to add their name to our mailing list or update their existing profile on our mailing list, failure to do so will make your entry null and void. Contest will begin January 14, 2011 and run till February 10, 2011. Contest is void to residents of Alaska and Hawaii.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each sweepstakes daily until February 10, 2011, to ensure delivery by Valentine's Day. Winners will be selected by Occasions Gift Giving, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each sweepstakes. Each contest will run from 12:00 am (CST) till 11:59 pm (CST) daily until completion of contest.
Winner notification:
Winners will be notified daily via e-mail at Occasions Gift Giving's discretion, with the final drawing concluded on February 10, 2011 to ensure delivery by Valentine's Day. Incomplete entry forms or entry forms that have been tampered with will be disqualified.

The list will be updated daily and can be viewed by clicking on the winner's list link below.
Entries:
Limit one (1) entry per household per day for the Gift-A-Day Giveaway. A winner is only eligible to win one (1) prize per month for promotions administered on Occasions Gift Giving.com. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Conditions of Participation:
Entrants must have a valid e-mail address, and it is entrant's responsibility to update Occasions Gift Giving of any change in e-mail address. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize permitted, except Occasions Gift Giving reserves the right to substitute for prize an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable.
