Shipping Policy:
We guarantee shipment of all orders within two days of receiving an order. However, many shipments may be processed and shipped within one business depending on the time of order placement and the speed at which we fill orders. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Various items in our inventory are stored by Amazon.com in their warehouses and may be shipped in an Amazon labeled box. We try to make sure that all items shown on our site are in stock. On rare occasions, an item shown on the site is purchased by several customers at the same time, causing it to be out of stock. In the event that this occurs, we will alert you via e-mail and send the rest of your order on time. When an item runs out of stock, we will attempt a reorder. However, products can sometimes be discontinued by the vendor. If, for some reason, we can't fill part of your order, we will send as much of the order as we can and notify you of the status of the rest of the order.

Refund and Return Policy
We will be happy to accept returns on any item shipped if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase within 14 days of shipment. However, please ensure that the item is still in the original packaging and in an unused condition. If the packaging is damaged we will charge a 10 % restocking / repackaging fee.
Please note that any shipments that are returned as undelivered through no fault of ours will be charged a 10 % restocking fee as well as the shipping charges that were lost in the failed delivery.
As soon as we receive and inspect returned items we will promptly issue your calculated refund amount.
