Shipping & Returns


We offer Free Shipping on all orders. You may ask why are we doing this? Well the answer is that we love free shipping and we know that you do, too!


We ship from Fayetteville, North Carolina within 1-2 business days of order placement excluding federal holidays. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it is available. Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.


In order to ship items to multiple addresses, each order address will have to be processed separately. 


A tracking number will be provided via an automatically generated email. Please ensure your email address is correct upon ordering to receive order related correspondence. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Occasions Gift Giving is not responsible for non-receipt. Please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly.


If necessary, any item can be returned if it is in an original unused condition if initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for refund. Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the materials or workmanship.

A) To initiate a return, please contact us by email and we will promptly address your issue. 

B) Place the item into a secure packing carton. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.

C) If a return shipping label is issued, customer must have the item shipped back to us within 14 calendar days for a refund (from the date the label is issued). If label is not used within this timeframe, the refund will not be issued even if the item is received by us. Thank you for your understanding.
